Enormous icy geysers called cryovolcanoes on Saturn’s moon Enceladus feed one of Saturn’s rings and hint at a subsurface ocean — a possible abode for life (perhaps even cephalopods). The image, like so many others of the Saturnian system, comes from the Cassini-Huygens probe.
